Known credit/debit card issues

1. Missing or incorrect CVC code. The CVC code is usually a three digit number located at the back of your card.

   

2. Daily withdrawal limit exceeded. You may have set your daily withdrawal limit too low, or your withdrawals and payments for the day have already exceeded the limit. Try again the next day or contact your bank to resolve this issue.

3. Your credit/debit card brand is not supported. This issue usually affects Maestro card holders. You may try another credit card or payment via PayPal.
